For 2017 we have an interesting and diverse programme of bi-monthly talks. We have decided not to run any outings this year but are holding our usual suppers this year including a Fish & Chips Evening, a Curry Evening and the usual Harvest Supper. We will also be hosting a couple of Musical Recitals / Concerts, yet to have their dates confirmed, but watch this space.
We are holding a May Fair instead of the usual Summer Fair in June. The format will remain largely the same
with Pig Roast, Beer Tent, Stalls etc. but this year with a ‘May Day’ theme twist.
Watch this space for more information, but,
Put the date in your diaries NOW!
All events are open to members and non-members alike and visitors are always made very welcome by our committee.
The admission prices for the talks this year remain at £3 for members and £5 for Non-Members. We have also kept the cost of the suppers the same this year at £9 and following the success this year, all suppers will have an ‘Honesty Bar’, Raffle and some sort of entertainment. Please see the individual event notices or the posters which will be displayed for further information.
Once again, the Friends Committee would like to thank you all for your continued support.
